Annullo Sports Academy believes that for an athlete to compete at their optimal level of performance they must have a high level of mobility and stabilization strength of the hips, trunk and shoulders. All athletes use the hips, trunk and shoulders to perform in their specific sport. If one of those joint areas fail, the entire body fails.With a high level of mobility and stabilization strength the athlete will be able to move through all three planes of motion (sagittal, frontal, and transverse) with increased speed and efficiency of specific movement patterns while reducing the potential for training and sports injuries.At Annullo Sports Academy we teach all our athletes to Train, Don't Drain.
