We are a major sturgeon breeder as well as the leading supplier of caviar - the biggest producer of caviar in Europe and second biggest in the world.We offer the highest quality caviar of unique and remarkable taste, deriving from optimal breeding conditions, non-urbanized environment and crystal-clear waters, likewise from our commitment to the traditional keeping methods and attention paid to the quality of the final product. The caviar is produced exclusively from fem ale sturgeons raised in our own farms located in the most natural regions of Poland. The ability to control each aspect of the fish life cycle (from reproduction through food quality to health monitoring) is considered the greatest factor contributing to the roe quality. The caviar production process is rigorous in every detail. Its course is closely supervised and monitored by our expert food technologists and ichthyologists that share the common values and passion for their work. Our production facility is one of the most advanced in the world and meets all hygiene and safety requirements.Antonius Caviar is unpasteurised, obtained in a traditional way and prepared using the 'Malossol' method. The range includes two caviar varieties from two different sturgeon species. Oscietra is sourced from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii). It's appreciated by connoisseurs and top chefs around the world. Its large grains have a rich, intriguing nutty taste. Its colours differ from grey and brown to olive or even gold. Siberian variety comes from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii).
