All services are at a standard rate per hour and this includes telephone or on-site support. We do not monitor hardware, Window's updates etc. We will pretty much just be putting out fires and hoping you have your backups in order. But if you need us to review an IT proposal from another company or technical advice, we certainly can help you with just about anything. Bulk hours – Purchase either 10, 20 or 30 hour packs for discounted service, it can be used for IT related project or taskMonitoring – for a small monthly fixed fee we monitor any devices you want us to and do Windows patching and 3rd party programs like Adobe PDF, Java etc. Any additional windows remediation for patching or remote or onsite work is at fixed rate per hour. If the monitoring system finds something broken, we will fix it. We are also available for resolving issues remotely or on site via the ticketing portal. Managed Service –This allows you unlimited access to the Help desk and we ensure your Windows are up to date, backups and staff can call with issues, requests and changes. Basically, any software issue on the PC. Project work (i.e. big changes) is at a reduced rate per hour. Otherwise your day to day operations are covered and servers, backups and updating is our concern. Users can access the ticketing or telephone support when required for IT related issues. This monthly management will help proactively identify and fix your IT issues, and is suitable for a company of 5 or 185.. Applies to all and any sized business.Mix and Match – that's right.
