AOSHA - Association of Occupational Safety and Health Ambassadors Sri Lanka AOSHA is a new frontier for the Sri Lankan workforce. In an environment where the employee safety and wellbeing is usually not given a consideration, AOSHA will act as the guiding force which will strive to establish the safety of employees around the island. AOSHA is a hub for many professionals in the occupational health and Safety sector. Their experiences in this field will act as the foundation for the building of a stable workforce in Sri Lanka. By empowering the employees around the island, AOSHA aims not only to safeguard the physical health and safety of the employees but also the mental and social wellbeing of the Sri Lankan workforce. By achieving the safety standards of the workforce around the island, AOSHA aims to inculcate a culture where every employee is given due prominence in their organization and safety and health of the employees will be a prime objective of any organization in Sri Lanka.
