We are a leading real estate services provider, holding the exclusive ERA regional master franchise rights for 17 countries in Asia Pacific. Through our ERA franchisee network, we have one of the largest brand footprints in Asia with more than 19,300 salespersons across 648 offices, positioning us as one of the largest ERA Member Brokers globally by transaction value.We have a market-leading position in the Singapore real estate brokerage business through our wholly-owned subsidiary ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd ("ERA Realty"). Established in 1982, ERA Realty is one of Singapore's largest real estate agencies with more than 8,100 salespersons, providing property brokerage services for primary and secondary home sales, as well as rental of residential, commercial and industrial properties.Our ERA global franchise model allows us to plan and grow our regional presence in a capital efficient manner. In February 2019, we entered into agreements to acquire control of ERA Indonesia and ERA Thailand. We acquired a 49% stake in ERA Malaysia in December 2019, and a 38% stake in ERA Vietnam in February 2020. With these developments, we now have a presence in presence in five of the six largest economies in ASEAN: Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. We have a reach of more than 474.3 million or 71.8% of the total ASEAN population of 660.5 million.
