And the venture began...🚀For the love of all things chocolate and caramel, my sister and I dreamed to share our passion for these somewhat healthy (we think) treats with others. 🍫Early 2014, Apeel Gourmet Foods, formally known as Enchanted Caramel Apples, was born. Being the little entrepreneurs we were, we started off selling to close family and friends. But soon enough, our delicious caramel apples became a raving topic. Sadly however, we had to discontinue production later that year due to the hustle and bustle of schooling.5 years later, a spark reignited in me for caramel apples. 😍After moving to the big smoke of #Adelaide from the smaller country town of #MtGambier, I saw a bigger market and vwala, people came running. Enchanted was freshened up with a new name, logo, colour theme, and a new range of products. Once again, the demand grew and we are now selling #Apeels online and in small specialty stores. ...the adventure continues. 💚
