Apex 3D Home Design provides design and documentation services for your next building project. Apex 3D uses the latest in 3D parametric design software, enabling you to have access to your home design in 3D on your internet connected device from anywhere 24/7. Clients can view and navigate the interior and exterior of their design with a free virtual 3D viewer.I love the art and science of designing beautiful, efficient, purposeful homes and businesses. My goal is to provide clients with professionally designed, architecturally attractive homes and businesses constructed with high-preforming materials. The materials and methods of construction are constantly evolving. I stay up-to-date on newer alternative construction methods and materials with the aim of improved building performance for my clients. While designing, I consider construction costs, market value, building performance, comfort, beauty, longevity, and energy efficiency.I launched Apex 3D Home Design in July of 2017. My experience: * 10 years of residential and light commercial design at Home Tech Design, a business I launched in 1998, * 2 years design of panelized custom home kits exported mostly for Japan, * 4 years formal accredited undergraduate Architectural education, * 4 years of construction experience in all areas from foundations to finish work, and * 9 years as a Product Designer and a Product Manager at JELD-WEN R&D, working on a team that develops new door and window lines.It would be an honor to assist you on your next project.
