Even if you have a physical limitation, we will also incorporate that into the plan to help you achieve your goals. GROUP "PERSONAL" TRAININGGroup Personal Training is the latest trend to hit fitness. Notice the word "personal" after the word group. Group personal training is different from group training by far.
