It was established in 1974 with a single product Mono Calcium Phosphate, an import substitute used in the baking industry. Based on our commitment to quality and service, the partnership between four technocrats from UDCT (now UICT/ICT) quickly garnered a client base that comprises of all the major players in the confectionery industry such as Britannia Industries, Parle Products etc. Over the years, there has been several changes but the core values have been retained by the new management which has since enhanced the product list to include DCP, TCP, Calcium carbonate, Soya lecithin, Ethyl acetate, Acetone, Ethyl glycol, Propylene glycol, Phosphoric acid and Citric Acid (anhydrous and mono hydrate) and SAPP (under development at lab /pilot plant stage).Today APIFAC counts among its satisfied clients most of the reputed manufacturers of food products and intermediates and innumerable merchant exporters.
