In over thirty years of activity, adolescents, young people, adults, unemployed, apprentices, artisans, professionals, operators of public, private and third sector companies have been trained and today they are esteemed professionals in the most varied fields of work. The professional area that characterizes the institute is the food and catering sector: three-year and four-year qualification courses for assistant cooks, bakers-pastry chefs, room-bar operators, professional technicians. About 350 boys and girls participate in training courses every year. Employment results indicate that 75% of our skilled workers find work within 6 months of completing the course. In addition to the hotel and restaurant sector, in recent years the Agency has promoted higher education activities for adults, continuous training for public employees and private companies, projects for obtaining professional certifications and licenses, refresher courses for third party operators sector, training and guidance services for immigrant foreign citizens, specific modules aimed at women to increase female employment.
