Appalachian Restoration Ministry's local mission is to: 1. Bring Church to the unchurched, discipleship to the undiscipled, and further discipling those already in church; 2. Bring God's wholeness, healing, restoration, and peace to people - spirit, soul, body, and life (individual, family, community) through the love and compassion of Christ, by the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit, and by the Word of God;3. Provide essential repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on homes, vehicles, and small businesses for those in financial and material need (who do not have the money, insurance, and/or physical skill/ability to do it themselves).The ministry will serve those in such need on the Mountain Plateau and in communities surrounding the plateau not already served by other similar ministries, including Cashiers, Glenville, Highlands, Brevard, Bryson City, Cherokee, Franklin, Rosman, Scaly, Sylva, Tuckasegee, Waynesville, and Whittier in NC, and Mountain Rest, Salem, Walhalla, and Westminster in SC, Clayton, Dillard, Mountain City, Sky Valley and Tiger in GA.
