Applied Colour Tools (ACT Colour) was established in 2020 with the purpose of bridging colour theory and practice. We offer logical and intuitively accessible colour-setting tools that increase the understanding of colour functions and sensory effects for everyone involved in a colour-setting process.It was founded by award-winning colour and textile designer Margrethe Odgaard together with partners, textile designer Fanni Baudo and entrepreneur Vibeke Snedgaard Rafaelsen. Based on Odgaard's extensive research and knowledge about the application of colour in the fields of architecture and design, ACT Colour offers a range of 3 colour-setting tools accompanied by different methods and exercises.The colour tools are made from natural minerals and organic pigments. All colours combine well and are timeless. Not bound by a system or a trend, not new for the sake of the new, but created on the basis of the original and honest to contain the eternal.
