Applied Realty Solutions was created as a result of the title wave of foreclosures crashing down on the Southern California marketplace. Together with several thousand individuals across the country, Applied Realty Solutions was created to help homeowners here in the Southern California marketplace avoid the problens associated with loosing their homes in the foreclosure process, and Realtors successfully completing a short sale with the banks. Our aim is to work with like-minded Realtors, who are not able nor interested in dealing with banks, attempting to save their clients house in the traditional methods. When Realtors contact us, we can immediately stop the foreclosure process by writing a purchase contract on the home and using our resources to negotiate the short sale. Once the negotiations are complete with the bank, we can close the escrow and then immediately re-offer the property to the general public, except this time without the distressed property stigma. Everyone wins: The homeowner is relieved of the foreclosure on their credit, the Realtor received, in most cases, a full commission, and the end buyer is able to purchase a home that is not in distress...a standard sale! God is good!
