Founded in 1985 by Wayne State University Students with the main focus of Computerizing the car. multiple proofs of concept were developed at the times, including technologies that are already available in daily use, but some are still considered too far out. Our check sheet and some of our software survives to this day on obsolete machines. Since 1997, the company was back on track gathering data and feed back from selected few in an attempt to find a reliable and acceptable solution that fits to basic needs, Safety and Connectivity. In 2000, we started a full time development effort which escalated in 2001 after we filed for our first provisional patent.We recently transferred our patents to ACT-IP in return for shares.
