The National Preceptor Alliance offers a personalized approach to help solve these challenges and ensure that both preceptors and students have a voice and feel empowered. Our process centers around partnering APP students with preceptors based on matching criteria and areas of expertise. Our centralized and predictable experience is designed to help kickstart each preceptor partnership in a way that sets everyone up for success. We are committed to ensuring that every partnership we coordinate provides the best possible support and guidance for students on their educational journey. And we believe all preceptors should be compensated for their time and commitment to this process, which is why we offer honoraria for every student placement.
