APPRECIATIVE ACTION is a consultancy that uses strength-based practices for positive change and building resilience in teams, organizations and communities. We honor the voices of the communities served by our partner organizations. Founded by clinical psychologists Drs. David Haddad and Claire Fialkov, we use empirically validated outcome evaluation measures and professional research design methodologies.
