AprenDi is a company that facilitates participatory processes to improve the collaborative culture in organizations. We use the Diagonal Learning methodology to organize how people interact in a learning environment, combining 4 approaches: individual, circular, horizontal and vertical. The work we facilitate is significant and generate remarkable learning that lasts and organically evolves in organizations.AprenDi has already facilitated several relevant and complex processes, for example, the coordination of the team of facilitators of the ProBNCC event in 2018 for Ministry of Education and Unesco with more than 900 educational leaders from all states of the country. In the private sphere, we highlight the work carried out at Stoller in 2021 to improve meetings and transform the learning culture. AprenDi has already conducted several training courses in private and third sector organizations, such as Lemann Foundation, Ensina Brasil, LIV and coworkings.AprenDi's core competencies are listening, observation, co-creation of solutions, employee engagement, facilitating participatory processes, meaningful and contextual learning, harvesting results, teamwork, creativity and innovation.AprenDi's main services are:1) IMPROVEMENT OF MEETING DYNAMICS. This work enhances the collaborationof teans in preparing and running meetings.2) WORKSHOP FOR CREATING LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS. The workshop generates knowledge and experiential learning of the participants with techniques, concepts, tools and methodologies to facilitate participatory processes.3) PRACTICE SPACE. Creation of a safe and comfortable environment for the participants of the previous workshop to practice and improve the concepts, techniques, tools and facilitation methodologies.4) FACILITATING INTERACTIVE EVENTS IN COMPANY. Structuring, planning, alignment, execution and reporting of moments of interaction between participants.
