Apter Properties has been buying, renovating and remarketing single family homes since 1991. The company was established by Gary Apter, who serves as its Principal Broker. Apter Properties is a licensed brokerage company, licensed in the state of Indiana. The company is a member of both the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors(MIBOR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Our company philosphy and goal is to deliver a totally remodeled home at a very competitive price. We take great pride in our renovations and are confident that you will love what you see. We work primarily with first time homebuyers and/or the moderatly priced sector. The majority of our homes are priced under $100,000 with many of them in the $60,000 - $80,000 range. Our marketing area includes Marion, Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson and Hendricks counties. It is our belief that regardless of the purchase price of your home, you deserve a quliaty home that shows pride of workmanship and one that will make you proud to call it just that - "home".
