Aqaba is my structure to practice as a Freelancer. I take action at strategical or tactical level to work the care, the service delivered to your customers, via KPIs, through different and simultaneous angles : teams (organisational, management), tools (CRM, SAAS) and process. I have a Lean Six Sigma Service spyglass allowing me to be agile and pragmatic. I support my clients to imagine and implement a fluid, efficient and innovative customer experience. I can stepin to work on customer channels, omni contact canal, self-care, outsourcing strategy or recruitment. I imagine, design and offer tailor-made solutions in line with the transformation of customer expectations, the evolution of businesses and the contexts: evolution, transformation, growth, scale up or change. After experiences within large groups - Cetelem, Bouygues Telecom, The Phone House, Expedia and GoCater / EzCater brand- I decided in September 2020 to put myself at the service of companies to work on customer care and continuous improvement programs.
