AQUABUZZ is an Aquatic Fitness Company founded in 2004. It is based on the Hydrorider equipment, Aqua Bike, Aqua Treadmill and now new to company, Aqua Trampoline.The equipment is based in the shallow end of the pool approximately waist high.The program suits all fitness levels from the very fit to the injured and fragile.Some of the HYDRORIDER Equipment advantages include the property of buoyancy which in return provides stress free training for the joints and low back.Results are less back and knee injuries, constant water massage, comfortable means to training even in the environment of an indoor aquatic facility and the pure excitement of indoor group exercise. Russell is the Master Fitness Instructor for the Hydrorider in Australia and New Zealand.The HYDRORIDER caters for cardiac fitness, rehabilitation,physical therapy, strength, weight loss and group fitness.
