AquaStrength is an aquatic wellness and fitness brand, leading the way to a new fitness revolution. AquaStrength was founded by Victor D'lima in October 2016. We operate various aqua workout called Aqua Spinning with the help of aqua bikes. Aqua Spinning aka Aqua cycling / pool biking, is a static bike adapted to work underwater, set up in rows so you sit waist-deep in the water. This hybrid approach gives you all the cardiovascular endurance workout of a spin-class (including the motivational trainer), with the low-impact support of the water. Meaning it's as good for the heart as it is for the joints, as resistance is up to 12 times stronger in water than on land. Aqua spinning burn 3 times more calories than regular land based exercise. Spinning when done in water multiplies its result, which not only keeps one fit, but also healthy. This facilitates easy movement for more effectiveness due to body weight reduction in water.AquaStrength is India's first and only Aqua spinning wellness brand. It launched India first and only premium pool studio at club C'est La Vie on hill road Bandra, Mumbai in October 2016. AquaStrength also launched India's first and only 5 star luxury pool studio at SOFITEL BKC Mumbai in October 2017, making SOFITEL India's only 5 star hotel to offer aqua spinning services in India.
