AR RAD ARCHITECTS PLT , an Architectural firm formed in 2013, offers services in the field of Architecture Planning, Landscape and Interior Design. The Principal and his Directors have more than 20 years working experience in various large and small Architectural firms. Their collective experience covers the entire scope of Architectural service from Schematic Design to On-Site Implementation.Our knowledge in CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting), has been applied to 3 Dimensional Impressions and Construction Detailed drawings. We therefore achieve efficient production capabilities. To complement this, we do manual freehand techniques to provide quick respond to our clients' needs for preliminary schematic design proposals.Our knowledge on Contract Implementation and Management ensures timely completion of projects and quality control over the builders workmanship. We carry out On-Site coordination that aimed to prevent, rather than cure defective work. We provide tactful contract management in order to curb disputes and prevent contracts from becoming "at Large" or ending up with arbitration proceedings.Above all, we are committed to Architecture the difference with mere "building" is that Architecture is a form of Art requiring careful and detailed attention.
