ARAA Consulting and Training was established in the United Arab Emirates in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Najjar. The founder's faith in his societal role in providing psychological counseling and training courses to contribute to the accelerated human development path led by the UAE towards the future.Our vision is to contribute towards shaping the future of individuals and corporates. We work to harness our knowledge and human resources for tomorrow's individuals, who can change their lives for the better self, purpose, and society members.
