The company started operations in Sept. 2007 In 2008, Borak Securities was acquired by Arab African Investment Holding, a subsidiary of Arab African International Bank. AAIS is 76% owned by Arab African Investment Holding and 24% by high net worth Financial Institutions and Businessmen.
