Regional Arab Association aiming at creating a qualitative transfer in the area of training and development that will open new and vast horizons for all training parties concerned in our Arab world and will endeavor to achieve vast and distinguished success for its members and partners especially at a time where we are witnessing strong and renewed challenges.AASTD is associated through a strategic partnership agreement with the Arab Center for Human Resources Development which is one of the Arab Labor Organization (ALO) one of the joint Arab labor organizations that belongs to the Arab League. AASTD works in accordance with this agreement in co-operation with the Center and under its patronage. Moreover, it works in co-operation with the international associations for training and development in addition to the Arab and international associations interested in human resources training and development.AASTD deigns a variety of services to meet the needs of its clients now and in the future. It also develops its products to contribute to the advancement of the profession and its personnel, promote it and place it on a solid basis at the Arab World level.
