Arabian Flair provides artful and sophisticated entertainment, cultural education, and on going classes in Middle Eastern Belly Dance. Our mission is to share the joy of Middle Eastern Belly Dance, and the music and culture of the Middle East.As a Modern Belly Dance group, I like to blend folk and modern styling to create a visually appealing performance, while staying true to the art form that is Belly Dance. I also create all the choreographies for the performances. Solo artist from my classes accompany me in community and cultural presentations on stage. Performing with our live drummer during improvisational routines, brings excitement and drama to our entertainment and performances.Arabian Flair's on going classes range from Basics to Intermediate/Advanced Choreography and Performance classes. I share and pass on knowledge about the dance, culture, and music that I've learned over the many years of my studies (1998 to present.) I have taught zills (finger cymbals), cane, veil, sword, and all levels of choreography. As Director, I am also in charge of all Bookings and Marketing. Marketing for classes, cultural presentations, and entertainment is a very challenging. Looking towards the future, Arabian Flair has unlimited potential for growth, both in size and number of classes and quality of students and performers. I am looking forward to it.
