A'Raya Mixed-use Development Project aims to revitalise the Royal Academy for Administration into a world-class training facility, augmented by developing a premium 3 Star hotel and lifestyle retail complex.A'Raya is one of the most prominent locations in Muscat, with direct access to the main road and surrounded by the Ministries area.
