The practice offices are ideally located to serve Devon and Cornwall together with the Cotswolds and the surrounding Midland counties.The practice has acquired a specialised knowledge in conservation architecture and has invaluable experience in repairing and extending listed properties and domestic housing.Alex Bolt R.I.B.A., is the enthusiastic managing director who over the last 15 years has gained considerable experience in contemporary design, sustainability, new build projects, extensions, conservation, hotel and restaurant refurbishments. Alex believes in providing a value for money and efficient quality design service by qualified professionals.The practice has been working extensively on projects for the National Trust over the past 5 years and is currently dealing with a number of exciting projects for them. With this experience and working knowledge ARB Architecture are able to provide invaluable help to those considering repairs or alterations, conversions or extensions to historic and listed buildings.The practice has successfully designed and built a number of contemporary houses through our bespoke design service.
