Located in the foothills of East Tennessee, Arbor Institute School of Massage offers comprehensive massage therapy training. Our 638-hour program adheres to the highest academic standards and exceeds Tennessee's licensing requirements, as well as most other states. Our faculty members are authorities in their fields of expertise as well as the field of clinical massage therapy. At Arbor Institute, your education extends well beyond traditional textbooks and lectures. It will provide you with hands-on experience and valuable problem-solving skills that prepare you for the daily realities you'll encounter as a professional massage therapist. Arbor Institute School of Massage has a passion for training the finest massage therapists in the country. Our exceptional curriculum was designed to maximize the student's educational experience by offering a wide array of massage modalities throughout the program. Instruction is provided in a spacious facility featuring comfortable classrooms with space to accommodate a maximum of 10 students. The classrooms are outfitted with state of the art equipment, allowing us to saturate our curriculum with the most current information via digital presentations and live internet feeds. An extensive library of books and videos on massage and related fields are available for student use. Our staff is selected using a comprehensive recruiting program and are required to complete a stringent Massage Instructor Certification course.
