Our team has independently served both Rhode Island and Massachusetts client's seeking a more streamlined alternative to the standard method of seeking first an architect/designer, second, a general contractor/construction company. Our approach is to provide both services together from day one, this saves time and money on every project when compared to standard practices.The core of our model is to treat each project as an experiment with the "design-build" process to perpetually refine the nuances of architecture and construction collaborating to deliver any scale building project better.
