ARCHCELL® and ACRYLICFOAM® are ARCH's registered trademarks for China's self-developed PMI foams manufactured in our factory based in Changsha, Hunan province. ARCHCELL® is a high-performance PMI foam that has excellent specific strength and modulus, along with great thermodynamic properties. It is compatible with most popular types of resin systems, satisfying the size stability requirements on core materials for the fixing and cementing process of the sandwich structure. ACRYLICFOAM® is a low-cost PMI foam known as CPMI foam made from acrylonitrile, which partially or entirely replaces methacrylonitrile in high-performance PMI foams. Our technology cuts down the cost of the material while keeps the compression creep properties needed under moderate temperature epoxy curing condition.
