Arch Research was created to provide financial and regulatory analysis that law firms, investment managers and companies require that falls below the cost effective threshold of an engagement of a major econometric firm. Our experience investing in special situations is replete with examples of analyzing transactions that required complex financial reviews. Examples of prior research include the calculation of market shares, mapping geographic overlaps and evaluating divestiture scenarios. In addition, we are well versed in regulatory reviews: DOJ, FTC, FCC, FERC, statue utility commissions and foreign approvals. Our regulatory analysis is not meant to be a substitute for the expertise of a seasoned practitioner who regularly appears before these regulatory bodies.The point being, that each regulatory body has a process and approval standard, rather than retaining exorbitantly expensive counsel early in the process, Arch Research can help you narrow the scope of the engagement. In comparison to the high profile economic firms, Arch Research does not have a minimum engagement size; that flexibility allows us to perform ad hoc projects with little advance notice.
