ArchDigital rcompiles, manages and recognises, organises and update all the information related to real estate, to support managers in decision making and operational activities.ArchDigital work with the established Design and Build teams top compile all the necessary documents and converting them into an interactive digital version of the property complete with configured necessary archives, workflows, reports and dashboards. ArchDigital was designed to adapt to the organization environment of operations, which usually includes procedures, documents, roles and responsibilities, technical constraints, textual data and geo-references, data exchange with external systems, etc. Archdigital is implemented on the CMDBuild system - developed by Tecnoteca - whose flexibility and configurability allow the user to gradually and autonomously extend and develop the Property & Facility Management system in the cloud with full support with common cloud storage dashboards and archives.
