Our roots are in the private sector but we've adapted our successful models, tools & techniques to Enterprise in the Public Sector.We've worked with several Local Authorities to re-engineer management and support income-generating ventures.Archemys are part of the LGA's Productivity scheme.More recently we have been been developing strategies and tools providing Independent Living for vulnerable adults in their home. With an ageing population, increasing costs of care (both private and public sector), strained health resources, health services are expected to face massive costs. Adding to the burdens is the cost of upgrading careline services between now and the 2025 switch to UK digital phone network. Archemys can help provide solutions for these problems.We're now seeking like minded Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other care providers to collaborate in low cost pilots; where we pick up a share of those costs.
