Architech is situated in the new mixed-used urban development called Devonbosch in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands.The practice brings together essential conceptual design skills as well as technical expertise needed in addressing small, medium and large-scale architectural projects. We are currently engaged in a wide range of projects across South Africa including Residential Homes, Housing Developments, Retirement Villages, Commercial Developments and Social Housing projects.Through innovative collaboration Architech is able to develop solutions which exceed the expectations of our clients. Our aim is to provide cost effective and quality services appropriate to the client's needs.We have a team of highly motivated and success driven individuals with valuable experience in a wide variety of projects.
