Forensic consulting services are tailored to attorneys, insurance companies, financial institutions, developers, municipalities, and private clients. Over 20 years experience in forensic analysis of building related claims, problem analysis, dispute resolution, product liability, investigative analysis, reconstruction, and supporting documentation, timelines, and interactive exhibits supporting claims for losses and restitution in litigation, arbitration, mediation and private settlements. Forensic activities on behalf of my clients include such areas as historical code research, current code research, collaboration with other experts, expert testimony at depositions, trials, hearings, and informal sessions. Related to these forensic activities, is expertise at loss-control investigation, analysis and reporting to insurance clients on their insured customer facilities and operations rated as medium to high-risk potential for losses by fire, public liability, injury, and environmental impact.Primary practice geographic area includes eastern half of United States, with focus areas in Indiana, Ohio, North and South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee and Kentucky.
