The Architectural company NICOS CHIOTAKIS – SPIROS DIVARIS, was created in 1986, evolving from the architectural and construction firm of the architect Panos Chiotakis. Over the past 20 years, both the architectural firm and its construction company IKTINOS have designed and constructed more than 1000 work spaces and stores.They have undertaken projects with some of the biggest companies in Greece including: VARDAS,BENETTON,SISLEY,O12,TRUSSARDI, KENZO, CAMPER,CERRUTI, UNITED SALES, HENRY COTTON'S, NAFNAF,CHEVIGNON,HAPPYLAND BY COSTA BODA, LONGCHAMP,LOEWE,LI-LA-LO,KOOKAI,JACADI,SOFIA, LEONIDAS,PETER'S,MAVROPROBATO,ZOULIAS, BETTY BARCLAY,GRIGORIS MIKROGEVMATA, PULL&BEAR BY ZARA ,GOODY'S ETC. Their specialisations in the area of franchise range from the initial design to seeing on architectural project right through to its completion. Many stores are designed in cooperation with architectural firms from both Europe and U.S. , incorporating the design features and requirements of the customer. Alternatively, projects may be seen through right from the creation of the initial design to the delivery of the key to the owner.
