ARCHUTOPIA works in forward-looking environments developing futuristic architecture based on an existing contemporary nature . All of ARCHUTOPIA's works- from residential components and hospitalities to cultural centres - is to provide a sense of orientation toward man, and nature and creativity. Founded in 2010 by Majid Sarmast, the office Started it's new shape in late 2012 by creating a new type of architectural practice, an interpretation of Art to Architecture and Architecture to Art. ARCHUTOPIA's ongoing projects include two medium size hotels , a commercial neighborhood and residential community in Dubai . Additionally, ARCHUTOPIA's Houses strive for a relationship between man, and nature. ARCHUTOPIA has several experimental projects underway ranging from conceptual design to construction phases around the world. Internationally, ARCHUTOPIA is designing a mixed use development in the heart of Toronto, a residential development in Richmond Hill, Canada and several competitions. ARCHUTOPIA's aim on 2013 is to develop an international relationship, to execute number of international architecture/art galleries coming out of its ideas, creation and projects to help on creating a smoother world. ARCHUTOPIA legally is registered in Toronto, CANADA and has branch in Dubai.
