• Archventures is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to achieving the long-term sustainability of nonprofits in underserved communities. Our goal is social change and self-empowerment through architecture and design. • By providing green design and build services, Archventures enables nonprofits to achieve their mission and better serve their constituents in a healthy and more productive work environment • In our projects we enable collaboration amongst Boston's communities: – Granting donors the opportunity to make concrete changes in the heart of Boston – Challenging nonprofits to seek innovative solutions to overcome their current conditions – Developing coalitions amongst neighbors, organizations and local nonprofits – Creating a rich, hands-on learning environment for students and volunteers – Challenging the creative potential of Boston's architects and builders – Offering a new avenue in Boston to civic participation and public service • Hands-on community building unites the collective power of communities to seek innovative solutions from the bottom up, equipping them with tools to lead Boston into the future.
