Established in 1986, ARGA, LLC has diversified, from the fields of General & Marine (Offshore & Waterfront) Construction, to include Repair, Maintenance and Installations for Commercial, Industrial & Institutional Buildings & Facilities. Our capabilities include turn-key & design-built construction projects of high complexity and restrictive environment. Execution of over (30) U.S. Government construction contracts have been succesfully completed for Federal Institutions such as, U.S. Coast Guard, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. ARMY & Air National Guard, among others. Since our establishment, ARGA, LLC has never defaulted or has exceeded execution periods of a single contract. Our safety record has always exceeded the national average, since we take safety seriously. All our construction contracts have been performed, in average, 65% with our own forces. ARGA, LLC can handle very small and relatively large rehabilitation, remodeling, new construction contracts. We carry a bonding capacity of $6MM (single) & $10MM (aggregate). ARGA, LLC also provides repair, installation & maintenance services for almost (800) retail & industrial locations in Puerto Rico. All our trade personnel are well experienced and trained, including state licenced electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians.
