Michael is a young, Toronto-born, CrossFit enthusiast who has a love for physical activity wanted to bring CrossFit to downtown ensuring it was easily accessible for lots. He is very excited about passing his knowledge and new found skills to his students, showing his students there is nothing quite like CrossFit. It is the complete opposite to tiresome gym workouts – once you have recovered from the intensity you will want to come back for more.It does not matter if you are a professional athlete or even a fitness novice our workouts are scaled to maximise your potential and take you on a journey of improvement.
