Argonne Financial Advisory provides fractional and full-time C-suite services and advice to middle-market businesses in the manufacturing, distribution and consumer products industries. • Work closely with owner and/or Chief Executive Officer to develop or optimize client's business plan, including advice on liquidity event options and key personnel management• Identify, design, monitor and interpret key performance metrics, including cash flow, operating performance, profitability, liquidity, and asset utilization/ROI• Review capital structure, ERP and control systems, cost structure and specific business risks to develop and implement strategies to address shortcomings and risks• Develop cash flow, budget and profitability forecast models to assist clients more effectively define a path to achieve critical business objectives• Successful engagements in a broad range of industry sectors and situations, including: Sol de Janeiro (branded consumer product) - fractional CFO, capital raising guidanceSprings Creative (international sourcing/distribution and niche manufacturing) – fractional CFO, buyside advisory, due diligence leadership and follow-on acquisition integrationSouthern Tide (branded apparel retailer) - preparation advice and assistance in sale to PE firmStar EV (electric vehicle manufacturer/assembler) – Interim CFO, ERP implementationRoyal Adhesives (PE-backed chemical manufacturer) - ERP implementation, financial analyses4Topps (sports and entertainment seating) - founding partner and CFO
