The desire to be a turn-key commercial contractor prompted the organization to re-brand and change its name to ARID Builders Pte Ltd (UEN no. 201304240Z) to reposition itself to be a design and build company offering office & retail renovations.Since 2013, ARID has been working on numerous office designs and retail shop renovation projects ranging from 1000 to 25,000sq.ft as of this year ARID Builders has already completed more than 320,000sq.ft of office and retail space. The market for office design and build in Singapore has been constantly growing due to the increase in new developments in office and retail space availability in the CBD and the steady uptrend of light industrial developments in Singapore.We take pride in being a Bizsafe3 and Building Construction Authority (BCA) registered contractor in Singapore.
