Arizona Sports Physical Therapy opened its doors in 1994 and has been improving the lives of our patients ever since. At Arizona Sports Physical Therapy, our physical therapists focus on returning every patient to optimal function so they can return to the activities they enjoy most. Patients can expect to be treated with pain reduction techniques, soft tissue and joint mobilizations along with therapeutic exercise to return any lost motion or weakness and strive to return to full function.Our approach is to treat pain and lost function through soft tissue mobilization, ASTYM, trigger point release, stretching, joint mobilization, dry needling. and other manual techniques, as well as the use of other modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, phonophoresis, and iontophoresis.
