About usARMA industrial group, the leader of customized steel products nationwide, established in 2010, with a hot-rolling plant of 4,000 t/a capacity, Followed by a complement plant capable to fulfill more market demand, with 10,000 t/a capacity in 2014. Market insight obtained from years of persistent existence manifested in our services and products.Forged, roll-forged and casting balls and grinding rod are categorized in grinding media sector of the company. Balls are 15 to 150mm in diameter with hardness of 58-62 HRC (capable to be expanded from 55 to 65 HRC), normalized, quenched and tempered. Recommended chemical analysis are 70Cr2 and 1060 for forged and roll-forged balls and low, medium and high chromium analysis for casting balls. These balls are suitable for both dry and wet mills of all purposes like iron, Copper, Cement, Gold ….Rods excelling in fitting market demand has been our core competency since ever. Our hot-rolling plants yield 20,000t/a rods from 25mm to 100mm under DIN1013 standards considerations. Dimension, hardness, shape and chemical analysis are set based on customers' demand. Besides the chrome plated rod factory could serve hydraulic industries with rods produced under EN 10083-1/2 – EN10277 standard with the sizes from 25mm to 100mm and the base material of 42CrMo4 and C45EGlorious merit in steel production opens the window of international presence in its tough market. Exporting triggered in 2019, with dramatically great outcomes, not only financially but more commercially.
