Arma Therapeutics Inc. is a mid-stage pharmaceutical company located in Vancouver, BC. Our technical team was initiated in 2019 and we were formally incorporated in the spring of 2021. Our vision is to create a global fair-trade and sustainable agri-tech network for pharmaceuticals. Our mission is to bring as many new drugs to the mental health marketplace as possible. Our goal is to be a multi-billion dollar asset by enterprise value within 5 years of incorporation.Our team is composed of unique combination of executives as university professors, post-docs, graduate students, pharmaceutical executives, medical doctors & psychiatrists alike. We have a catalogue of over 100 new ingredients we'd like to commercialize for the Active Pharmaceutical Marketplace and to begin with we have identified 3 formulas and 10 new ingredients for immediate registration. We are partnered by contract with Dr. Andrew Riseman at the Faculty of Land and Food Systems whereby we have access to a federally controlled drug license with LSD and other new compounds available for research. Our product development objectives are suitable only within GMP & EU-GMP facilities. We remain open for partnerships as this fast-paced industry expands. Our infrastructure footprint is available for expansion work and we have contracted partnerships open for financing.
