ABOUT US"Armenian Youth Empowerment Fund" was established on 17 April 2020, by MITK NGO that was formed during the days of the Velvet Revolution, when future members began their joint struggle for democracy, for a life in a free and fair country.The organization comes up with various programs and initiatives to promote the role of young people, improve their capabilities, and develop the state and communities.MissionThe fund has undertaken a mission and responsibility to assist and support young people in civic education, personal growth and problem solving, realizing that only the youngster with high civic responsibility is capable of making a positive difference in the development of own community and country.Objectives1. Solving the problem of employment and promoting entrepreneurship among young people2. Strengthening youth community initiatives and NGOs, ensuring stability3. Creation of free spaces (centers) for young people4. Contribution in youth projects and events aimed at community or sectoral development5. Contribution in youth civic education6. Promoting youth mobility, particularly with the Armenian communities of the DiasporaVisionOur vision is to have young people with active economic employment, youth initiatives and NGOs with a high-stability, active and developed communities, strong connections between the Diaspora and the Armenian youth.
