Core strengths in Human Capital analytics and associated technologies with the delivery of HR and non-HR related metrics and data analysis incorporating big data concept and predictive analytics including but not exclusive of Workforce Planning, Talent Analytics and Total Rewards tools. Project management for HR systems implementation and enhancement including: - Systems and operation re-assessments - End-to-end HR project management lead for HR system implementation as well as integration across corporate and business functions to stream-line processes and improve overall efficiency including global/local HR process redesign. Extended knowledge of the various HR disciplines including the need to support these functions and their processes including others linked to HR (e.g. Legal and Compliance, Finance, Business Lead support) Delivery of insightful analytics with meaningful data visualisation telling a story and looking for solution accordingly
