Simon Arrol is a British civil engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers of Great Britain (the highest qualification) with particular experience in dredging and harbour-works. His 23-years in the marina sector covers 32 countries on 4 continents, not just as a consultant, but also as an an investor/promoter and manager. This period included 16 years as managing director of Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Ltd.
