Art Roof Top Limited - A.R.T was founded in 2019 by Sergei Rozhnov, Hong Kong-based contemporary artist. He completed and specialised in Monument Painting at the St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts, graduating with honours. With projects based in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Saint-Petersburg, A.R.T. Design takes on various forms, specializing in mural paintings and installations with a unique practice that fuzes classical techniques with contemporary vision. With our A.R.T Design philosophy as "Design for a better world", the group collaborates with international and local companies, restaurants and brands, adopting and aligning with their company's ideas and vision. The common ground provides a driving force for artistic innovation.
